Retirement Public Records Contact and Information

On June 3, 2016, Governor Charlie Baker signed An Act to Improve Public Records into law.  One of the provisions of the new version of the Public Records Law that will take effect on January 1, 2017 is "Each agency and municipality shall designate one or more employees as records access officer(s)."

On February 22, 2017, the Northbridge Retirement Board voted to appoint Scott L McGrath as Records Access Officers for the Northbridge Retirement Board:
