Community Planning & Development
The Northbridge Community Planning & Development Office provides staff reviews and recommendations to the Planning Board (Subdivision & Site Development plan applications); coordinates municipal department reviews for land-use related projects & initiatives; offers guidance and answers general questions; writes & administers certain grants; and assists the Town Manager, Board of Selectmen & other municipal boards and committees.
