Where do I report a Streetlight Repair?

If you have a streetlight that is out, please contact the Northbridge Public Works Division at 508-234-3581.

Please have the following available when you contact the DPW:

1) What is the closest address to the light you are reporting?

2) Nearest intersection – What is the name of the street that intersects with address you are reporting?

3) Pole number - located eye level on pole

4) Type of light - streetlight / floodlight

5) Type of problem (out, cycling off and on, dim, noisy, nest or exposed wires)
