Planning Board is in receipt of Application for Site Plan Review from Gadoury Homes, LLC for proposed conversion of existing building from 6 to 12 residential-units for subject property identified as Assessor Map 6A, Parcel 83 (163-173 Border Street) within the Residential-Five (R-5) Zoning District in Northbridge.
