Town of Northbridge

For Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Assessment Purposes

The Town of Northbridge is seeking proposals for Real Estate, as well as, Personal Property Interim / Fiscal Years 2025-2026 and Fiscal Year 2027 (Revaluation Year). Proposals shall be sealed and marked  "Northbridge Revaluation 2025-2027"

The deadline for submissions is 1:00 P.M. Thursday February 1, 2024, at the Northbridge Town Hall Assessors Office, 7 Main Street, Whitinsville, MA 01588.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if deemed in the best interest of the Town.
