NORTHBRIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY – NOTICE OF VACANCY

The Northbridge Housing Authority & Board of Selectmen seek residents interested in serving on the Housing Authority for the term expiring May 21, 2024. 

Per Section 3-1(g) (1) of the Town Charter, the vacancy will be filled by joint-appointment of the Northbridge Housing Authority and Board of Selectmen at 7pm on Monday, September 11, 2023, at the Northbridge Town Hall/Selectmen’s Meeting Room.

The Northbridge Housing Authority is a public housing agency that provides affordable housing for elderly and disabled persons of low income. As a State Public Housing Authority, we receive direct funding from the Department of Housing and Community Development, who empowers the Authority to operate, manage, construct, modernize and administer all rules and regulations concerning state public housing. 

Those interested in volunteering to fill this vacancy may submit a Talent Bank Form to the Office of the Town Manager (Northbridge Memorial Town Hall, 7 Main Street, Whitinsville, MA).
