AT HOME TESTING - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

If you tested POSITIVE using an At-Home Antigen Test Kit:

  1. Follow the ISOLATION GUIDANCE 
  2. You do NOT need to confirm an at-home positive test with a PCR test
  3. You should notify your "close contacts" that you tested positive so that they can follow the QUARANTINE GUIDANCE
  4. You do NOT need to report your Positive Test to the Northbridge Board of Health however you should notify your Primary Care Physician
  5. If you have questions or concerns, then please feel free to call the Board of Health for assistance

If you test NEGATIVE using an At-Home Antigen Test Kit:

  1. If you test Negative and still feel symptomatic, wear a mask around others. You can re-test in a day or two or contact your Primary Care Physician or local test site to confirm with a PCR test
