SUBDIVISION RULES & REGULATIONS

ARTICLE VII

Fees [Amended 02.25.03]

 

§ 222-40 C [Submission Fees]

 

(1) Approval-not-required plans (ANRs) –All plans not requiring subdivision approval by the Planning Board shall require to pay a filing fee of $200.00 plus $50 for every new lot created.

 

(2) Preliminary subdivision plans –The minimum administrative fee shall be $1,000.00 plus $50 for every lot above five. Administrative fees are non-refundable.

 

(3) Definitive subdivision plans with preliminary plan –The minimum administrative fee shall be $2,000.00 plus $200 per lot.

 

(4) Definitive subdivision plan without preliminary plan –The minimum administrative fee shall be $2,000.00 plus $300 per lot.

 

(5) Definitive subdivision modification –The minimum administrative fee shall be $1,000.00.

 

(6) Lot releases –An administrative fee of $100.00 per lot.

 

(7) Street acceptance –An administrative fee of $500.00 per street and/or portion thereof.

 

(8) Bond reduction/release –An administrative fee of $300.00 is required.

 

§ 222-43 [Lot releases]

 

An administrative fee of $100.00 will be charged for lot releases from Planning Board Restrictions regarding building and/or sale.

 

§ 222-44 [Modifying, amending or rescinding a definitive plan]

 

Any increase in the number of proposed lots, or significant change to the proposed roadway or infrastructure design, as determined by the Board, shall constitute a plan revision. The administrative fee shall be $1,000.00 and the engineering and inspection deposit of $300.00 per lot.
