To plan & implement comprehensive policies and initiatives that fulfill the land use-related goals of the residents of Northbridge.

 

Services:

 

-Provide staff review & recommendations of subdivision & site development applications

 

-Coordinate application review with municipal departments (Technical Reviews)

 

-Offer guidance & answer queries from general public and applicant/engineers

 

-Assist Town Manager, Board of Selectmen and other municipal departments & Boards as directed
