7:05PM           Continued Public Hearing – Amend Order of Conditions (248-470) Pine Knoll (Map 19, Parcel(s) 194.1, 194.2, 194.3 & 194.4).  Proposed amendment to the Order of Conditions in order to allow the construction of 31 single-family dwellings in the area consisting of Phase 2 – 4 of the original site layout.  The applicant is J & F Marinella Development Corporation represented by Heritage Design Group, 1 Main Street, Whitinsville, MA  01588.

 

7:10PM           Blackstone River Watershed Association – Michelle Walsh- Presentation on stream surveys from the Mumford River in 2006 and the West River in 2007.

 

7:40PM           Continued Public Hearing – NOI – (248-556) 337 Hill Street (Map 7, Parcel 248).  Proposed construction of a single-family dwelling with driveway, sewer and water service connections along with earth cuts and fills.  Applicant is Gail DiMarco represented by Northwest Engineering Services, LLC, 14 West Street, PO Box 526, Douglas, MA  01516.

 

7:50PM           Public Meeting – RDA - (04-RDA-2008) 550 Benson Road (Map 23, Parcel 59).  Proposed demolition of existing porch and construction of a 26 foot by 30 foot two car garage attached to the dwelling.  Part of the driveway will be evacuated for the foundation.  The Applicant is Francine Lapierre.

 

8:00PM           Public Hearing – NOI – (248-     ) Driscolls Lane (Map 24, Parcel 131).  Proposed construction of a single-family dwelling with a wetland crossing.  The applicant is Christopher Cowan represented by Seth L.
