LOCAL HISTORY/GENEAOLGY

The Whitinsville Social Library has a complete collection of "Massachusetts Vital Records Before 1850" as well as extensive records on the Whitins, Swift and Lasell (Lazell) families.

Our local history collection features, in addition to much material on the history of the Town of Northbridge, an extensive collection on the history of the Whitin Machine Works.
