Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, official printed copies of the general and zoning bylaws are maintained in the Office of the Town Clerk.  Many of these documents may also be available for review at the Building Department.

The Town of Northbridge is currently updating its Zoning Map.  Those inquiring about a particular zoning designation of a property should contact the Building Department.
